Low Glare Downlighters


A range of contemporary LED based low glare recessed downlights for use in offices, restaurants, hotels, galleries and
retail areas. The units offer excellent colour rendition of 86. Standard EN12464 came into force in 2003 and sets new standards
in office lighting in terms of glare limitation. The range easily meet the requirements for both technical drawing (UGR 16) and
screen based work (UGR -19).

   

   
  		 This product meets criteria in the UK for Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme (when used with our recommended driver / controller). 100 per cent first-year Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA) allow the full cost of an investment in designated energy-saving plant and machinery to be written off against the taxable profits of the period in which the investment is made. The general rate of capital allowances for spending on plant and machinery is 20% a year on the reducing balance basis.Loss making businesses may also qualify against income tax.

The CS10 and CS13 provides equivalent illumination up to  1x18W CFL downlighter from just 10W of power.  

The CS16 range provides equivalent performance to 2x18W CFL all the way up to 2x26W CFL from just 30W of LED power 

The CS21 is an ultra low glare version of the CS16. The range provide from 450 to 1800 lumens output at an efficiency of 49 to 56 lumens per circuit watt.
