Ultra High Power, Low Glare LED Downlighters

A range of ultra high power (up to 55W with equivalent light output of up to 2x42W twin CFL) LED based low glare recessed downlighters for use in offices, restaurants, hotels, galleries and retail areas. The units offer a far field tailored to uniformly illuminate a room as well as excellent CRI of 86. Standard EN12464 came into force in 2003 and sets new standards in office lighting in terms of glare limitation. The with a UGR of 19 the range easily meet the requirements for both technical drawing (UGR 16) and screen based work (UGR 19)

This product meets criteria in the UK for Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme (when used with our recommended driver / controller). 100 per cent first-year Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA) allow the full cost of an investment in designated energy-saving plant and machinery to be written off against the taxable profits of the period in which the investment is made.
