This paper analyses the total lifecycle impact of various solutions with reference to the DEFRA study "Roadmap to domestic lighting" and highlights the future importance of embodied energy in product design, especially where buildings use renewable clean energy. This includes analysis of the RICS report "Redefining Zero" and a summary of the large EU funding pot available to projects that reduce embodied CO2 in buildings.
This will take place at the GreenTech Theatre, London Olympia, Wednesday 12th October, 14.30 - 15.00
